Bossel Indicator System for Post Practice of Systematic Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职毕业生顶岗实习管理是一个复杂的系统,包含企业、院校和学生3个主体,其三方的协调管理是保障顶岗实习质量的核心内容。从顶岗实习管理的系统性出发,引用Bossel可持续发展基本定向指标框架的系统理论,结合梳理总结的当前顶岗实习存在的主要问题,构建高职毕业生顶岗实习系统化及其协调管理的指标体系,对新形势下高职院校顶岗实习质量评价标准化制定有重要的理论与实践价值。

The management of post practice in vocational education is is a complex system, which includes vocational colleges, enterprises and students. The harmonious management is the core point for the quality of post practice. Starting from the systematicness of post practice management, based on Bossel indicator system,this paper finds out the major problems of post practice for vocational education, and then constructs a management and index system.It provides important theometical and practical values for standarding the quality evaluation of post practice.
