空乘专业校企深度合作模式探索——以晋中职业技术学院为例

Exploration on the Deep Cooperation Mode of School-Enterprise for the Flight Attendant Profession——Take Jinzhong Vocational and Technical College as an Example

推进产教融合、校企合作是发展我国职业教育的重要途径,已将被提升到国家战略层面,教育部出台的《高等职业教育创新发展行动计划(2015-2018)》明确提出:"坚持产教融合、校企合作,推动高等职业教育与经济社会同步发展"。以晋中职业技术学院空乘专业为例,对校企深度合作的方式进行了初步探索。

Promoting the integration of production and education and the school-enterprise cooperation is an important way to develop the vocational education in China, which has been promoted to the national strate. gic level. The Action Plan for Innovation and Development of Higher Vocational Education (2015-2018) issued by the Ministry of Education also clearly states that“we should adhere to the integration of production and edu. cation and the school-enterprise cooperation, and promote the synchronous development of higher vocational education and the economic society”. Taking the flight attendant profession of Jinzhong Vocational and Techni. cal College as an example, this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the mode of deep school-enterprise cooperation.
