动商视角下高校武术对学生影响研究

The Influence of Wushu on Students from the Perspective of Sport Quotient

文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、归纳法等研究方法,基于动商理念,对目前高校武术教学对学生的影响进行解析。研究指出,高校武术教学在传播传统武术文化、发展武术套路运动、推广散打运动等方面发挥着重要作用,同时还促进学生动商在练习中得到培养和提高。

Using the methods of literature, logic analysis and induction, this paper analyzes the influence of martial arts teaching on students in colleges and universities. The study pointed out that the martial arts teaching in colleges and universities plays an important role in spreading traditional martial arts culture, developing martial arts routine sports, and promoting the practice of Sanda sports. At the same time, it also promotes the development and improvement of students 'activists in practice.
