摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,分析、解读英国政策法规下的体育博彩的发展历程,得出以下结论:(1)英国体彩内容丰富,形式多样;(2)英国体彩法案制定等级高,统筹全局;(3)英国体彩管理体制鲜明,独具特色;同时,基于对英国体彩政策规制内容的梳理与归纳,我国体彩发展提供以下借鉴与启示:(1)丰富我国体彩内容,扩宽体彩形式;(2)制定国家层级体彩法,提纲振领;(3)完善我国体彩管理体系,促成体彩管理模式百家争鸣。
Using the literature data method, expert interview method, etc., the study analyzes and interprets the development history of sports betting under British policies and regulations, and draws the following conclusions:1) British sports lottery is rich in content and diverse in form;2) British Sports Lottery Act has a high level of development and overall planning;3) British sports lottery management system is distinct and unique;At the same time, based on the combing and induction of the content of the British sports lottery policy, the development of sports lottery in China provides the following reference and enlightenment:1) enrich the content of sports lottery in China and broaden the form of sports color;2) formulate the national level sports color method, outline the vibration;3 improve the sports lottery management system in China, and promote the sports lottery management mode.
