陕甘宁边区第一保育院“保教合一”的教育实践与启示

摘要 陕甘宁边区第一保育院"保教合一"的教育实践对其他根据地,及近现代中国学前教育都产生了深远影响。保育院通过开展思想教育、机制改革、保教队伍建设、因地制宜的课程实践等措施促进保教结合。新时期,要正确认识边区"保教合一"教育实践的时代意义,全面把握落实"保教合一"教育实施的系统性,全面加强保教队伍的思想建设,进一步推进岗位合理分工,逐步取消保育员岗位。 The educational practice of the First Nursery in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region has a far-reaching impact on the other base area and modern China.In order to promote the combination of child care and education,the Nursery use the following measures: development of ideological education,institution reform,teaching team building,suitable curriculum practice for local conditions.In the new period,it is necessary to correctly understand the progressiveness of the educational practice in the combination of child care and education in the border areas,and fully implement its’ systematic of educate principles.It should use the development eye sight on the temporal spirit of the combination of child care and education.It also should to replace the nursery governess post gradually,and substitute “two teachers –one nursery governess” for “three teachers to do child care”.
