摘要 为了解决多机场地区日益严重的交通拥堵及大面积航班延误问题,提出了一种基于延误分配的多机场航班排序模型。通过分析多机场终端区结构及运行特性,充分考虑管制运行规则约束及终端区延误消耗限制等因素,保障延误消耗的可执行性,以加权延误最小化为目标构建了基于延误分配的多机场终端区航班排序模型,并设计了相应的遗传算法进行求解。仿真结果表明,该模型可有效减少航班延误并合理分配空中及地面等待延误。 To solve the problem of the serious air traffic congestion and a large number of flight delays,a flight sequencing model for multi airports based on delay allocation is presented.By analyzing structure and operation features of the multi-airport terminal areas,the operation regulation constraints of the air traffic control and the delay expending limits of the terminal area are adequately considered,and the executable delay expending is ensured.Aimed to minimize the total weighting delay,a flight sequencing model for multi airports based on delay allocation is constructed,and an appropriate genetic algorithm to solve the model is designed.Simulation result shows that the model can effectively reduce flight delays and reasonably allocate the aerial and ground waiting delay.
