五味子木脂素对睡眠剥夺大鼠负性情绪及行为的影响

The Effects of Schisandra Lignans on the Negative Emotion and Behavior of Rats with Sleep Deprivation

探讨五味子木脂素对睡眠剥夺大鼠负性情绪及行为的影响。将实验大鼠随机分为3组,分别为大平台对照组,小平台剥夺组和五味子木脂素组。各组动物经水平台睡眠剥夺装置剥夺睡眠3 d后进行高架十字迷宫实验、强迫游泳实验及负重游泳实验,记录各项指标。研究结果显示,与大平台对照组相比,小平台剥夺组大鼠的进入开臂时间及次数的比例减少,强迫游泳不动时间延长和大鼠游泳至力竭时间减少。与小平台剥夺组相比,五味子木脂素组大鼠进入开臂时间和次数比例延长,大鼠强迫游泳不动时间减少和游泳至力竭时间延长。五味子木脂素对睡眠剥夺所致的焦虑、抑郁及疲劳等具有明显的保护作用。

The effects of Schisandra lignans on the negative emotion and behavior of rats with sleep deprivation were investigated. The experimental rats were randomly divided into three groups: large platform control group, small platform deprivation group and Schisandra lignan group. After three days of deprivation of the water platform sleep deprivation device, the animals were subjected to elevated cross maze test, forced swimming test, weight-bearing swimming test and record indicators. Compared to large platform control group, small platform deprivation group had significantly decreased the proportion of time and number of rats entering the open arms, prolonged the time of forced swimming and reduced the duration time from swimming to exhaustion. Compared with small platform deprivation, Schisandra lignans group had significantly increased the proportion of time and number of opening arms, attenuated the time of forced swimming and prolonged the swimming to exhaustion time. Schisandra lignans had the protective effects on anxiety, depression and fatigue caused by sleep deprivation.
