摘要
全氟化合物(perfluorochemicals,PFCs)是一类极难降解的持久性有机污染物,有生物毒性并且易在生物体内富集,近年来受到人们的广泛关注。有研究表明日常膳食是人体暴露PFCs的主要途径。食用农产品作为日常膳食的基础,开发研究食用农产品中PFCs的快速准确测定方法与技术显得尤为重要。综述4类食用农产品中PFCs的检测技术研究进展,重点讨论其前处理方法、检测技术及今后的研究方向。针对于食品复杂样品基质,开发快速、低成本、无二次污染的食品中PFCs前处理方法和检测方法是目前研究热点之一。
Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs),a type of persistent organic pollutants,have drawn much attention in recent years because of their biologically toxic and easily bioaccumulation. Many studies showed that daily diet was the main way of human exposure to PFCs. To assess the safety of edible agricultural products as a daily food basis,the development of determination techniques and methods was particularly important. To provide reference for further related researches,the progress on the detection technology of PFCs in four types of edible agricultural products was summarized,with the pretreatment and determination method were emphasized. With regarding to the matrix complexity of agricultural products,the method with advantages of rapidity,accuracy,low cost and environmental friend,is an urgent need to be developed.
