以目标牵引为导向的理学学生国际化培养体系初探

A Preliminary Study on the International Training System of Science Students Guided by Target Traction

当今社会竞争在人才培养领域尤为突出,习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中强调要优先发展教育事业。在社会、经济等各领域越来越国际化的大潮中,人才培养的国际化更要跟上步伐。理学专业因其专业的特殊性、前沿性、对科技进步的促进性等特点,需要潜心研究和交流讨论以碰撞思维的火花,如何前瞻性地做好理学专业人才的培养,是世界各国教育界最关心的问题。本文通过分析现状,提出以思想教育、英语基础和综合能力提高为引领的目标,形成精准化、动态化、层次化三位一体的国际化培养体系,从而实现以培养理学专业学生成为国际化人才的目标牵引式学业规划指导,促进理学专业学生国际化培养。

Today's social competition is particularly prominent in the field of talent training. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the 19th National Congress that priority should be given to the development of education. In the tide of increasing internationalization in various fields such as society and economy, the internationalization of talent cultivation must keep pace. Due to their speciality, frontier, and promotion of scientific and technological progress, science majors needs study and exchange ideas to create the spark of thinking. How to prospectively cultivate science talents is the most concerned issue of all countries in the world. By analyzing the status quo, this paper proposes the goal of ideological education, English foundation and comprehensive ability improvement, and forms an internationalized training system that is precise, dynamic and hierarchical, thus achieving the goal of cultivating science students to become international talents, and promoting the internationalization of science students.
