The performance management of colleges of continuing education in colleges and universities is a comprehensive reflection of their educational behavior and the effect on the continuing education system,including the internal economic benefits,educational benefits and social comprehensive benefits.Strengthening the work performance appraisal and management of administrative staff is conducive to improving the management level and promoting the comprehensive development of the college.This paper discusses how to manage the performance of administrative personnel in continuing education based on the objective management method.
