浅析高职院校社团活动对促进学生全面发展的作用——以江苏省联合职业技术学院江宁分院为例

A Brief Analysis on the Role of Association Activities in Promoting Students' All-round Development in Higher Vocational Colleges: Jiangning Branch of Jiangsu Union Technical Institute

高职院校开展社团活动,高度契合学生的生理、心理及兴趣爱好等特点,本文以江苏省联合职业技术学院江宁分院学生社团活动为研究对象,对志愿者服务类、"双创"类、体育类、文艺类等社团促进学生全面发展进行分类研究和探索;浅析了志愿服务型社团对促进学生德(践行核心价值观)的践行、"双创"类社团对促进学生智(培养"双创"能力)的启迪、体育类社团对促进学生体(促进体育素养)的强化、文艺类社团对促进学生美(提升审美品味)的塑造等方面的全面发展具有重要作用和意义。

The implementation of association activities in higher vocational colleges are highly compatible with the characteristics of higher vocational students' physiology, psychology and hobbies. Taking the student association activities in Jiangning Branch of Jiangsu Union Technical Institute as an example, this paper makes a classified study and exploration on the role of volunteer activities, innovation and entrepreneurship activities, sports activities, literature and art activities in promoting the all-round development of students. It then briefly analyzes the role: volunteer activities promote students' practice of morality (core socialist values);innovation and entrepreneurship activities develop students' intelligence (cultivating their innovation and entrepreneurship ability);sports activities enhances students' physical quality;literature and art activities shape students' aesthetic taste.
