新修订《民办教育促进法》背景下民办高校党建工作的思考

Reflections on the Party Building Work in Private Colleges and Universities under the Background of the Newly Revised "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Privately-run Schools"

自2017年9月1日起,新修订的《民办教育促进法》正式实施,这对民办高校来说是具有里程碑式的意义。这不仅深化了我国教育领域的改革,也对民办高校的健康发展给予了一定的保障。而在民办高校的发展历程中,党建工作一直以来是相对薄弱的部分。在本次促进法中首次提到了民办学校党建的相关内容,更是明确提出了民办学校的基层党组织,要按照中国共产党章程的规定开展党的活动,加强党的建设。本文在新修订《民办教育促进法》的背景下通过四个方面来讨论民办高校党建工作的重要性。

From September 1st, 2017, the newly revised "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Privately-run Schools" was officially implemented, which is a milestone for private colleges and universities. This has not only deepened the reform of China's education field, but also provided certain guarantees for the healthy development of private colleges and universities. In the course of the development of private colleges and universities, Party building work has always been a relatively weak part. In this promotion law, the relevant content of Party building in private schools was mentioned for the first time. It is also clear that the grassroots Party organizations of private schools should be put forward, and Party activities should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China to strengthen Party building. This paper discusses the importance of Party building work in private colleges and universities in the context of the newly revised "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Privately-run Schools" in four aspects.
