民办高职院校创新创业教育的师资队伍建设

目前,全国民办高职院校掀起了创新创业教育的热潮,但我国民办高职院校有些老师创新创业教育理念淡薄,致使民办高职院校创新创业教育的师资队伍整体水平偏弱。因此,本文提出"二级导师+一级大师"的民办高职院校创新创业教育师资队伍建设思路具有重要的现实意义。

At present, the private vocational institutes raised a hot wave of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China, but some teachers have weak innovation entrepreneurship education concept in private higher vocational institutes in our country, which caused the overall teachers team level of higher vocational institutes is weak. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to put forward the idea of "two mentors + one master" in the construction of teachers team in the private higher vocational institutes education.
