摘要
应用型高校人才培养的特点,决定了加强"双师型"教师人才培养对于应用型高校来说是十分有必要的。本文从"双师型"定义入手,对目前应用型高校关于"双师型"教师队伍建设的研究进行了综述,并对"双师型"人才培养发展趋势进行了分析,提出了应用型高校人力资源管理专业"双师型"教师人才培养可以从构建"双向融合"师资队伍、出台"双师型"教师的激励方案、建立本地化的实践基地、建立"双师型"教师队伍培养的管理机制、教学效果同步评价五个方面着手。
The characteristics of talent cultivation in applied universities have determined that it is very necessary for them to strengthen the training of "double-qualification" teachers. Starting with the definition of "double-qualification", this paper summarizes the research on the construction of the "double-qualification" teacher team in the current applied universities, analyzes the development trend of "double-qualification" talents, and puts forward the five strategies of training "double-qualification" teachers in human resource management major of applied universities, including the construction of a "two-way integration" teacher team, the introduction of an incentive mechanism for "double-qualification" teachers, the establishment of localized practice bases, the establishment of a management mechanism for the training of the "double-qualification" teacher team, and the simultaneous evaluation of teaching effects.
