目前为止,研究生培养的规模已大大提高,但是有不少研究生不认真搞科研,三年研究生生涯,能力未见增长,仅仅混得一张文凭,这些研究生是不受社会欢迎的,如何提高研究生培养质量是值得研究的重要课题。本文总结了研究生教育中导师应该注意的方法与原则,对于提高研究生的培养质量有促进作用。

At present, the enrollment of graduate students is very large. Many postgraduates do not seriously engage in scientific research. During the three-year postgraduate career, their ability has not increased. Only graduate students who have a diploma are not welcomed by the society. How to improve the quality of postgraduate training is an important topic worth studying. This paper summarizes the methods and principles that instructors should pay attention to in postgraduate education, which can improve the quality of postgraduate education.
