摘要 校内生产性实训基地是我国现代职业教育发展的重要场所,针对其在发展中存在的系列问题,本文基于产学研协同创新理论提出"五位五制"模式,即"产学研培鉴"五位一体校内生产性实训基地应遵循"利益驱使、基地共建、互聘互培、合作研发、评价预警"的运行模式,整合多方资源,协调政府、企业、院校间利益共赢、资源共享、事务共管、成果共创的长效共存机制。 The on-campus production-based training base is an important place for the development of modern vocational education in China. In view of the series of problems in its development, this paper proposes a "five-in-one" model based on the theory of collaborative innovation of industry, academia and research, namely "production, study and training". The integrated on-campus production-based training base should follow the operation mode of "interest drive, base co-construction, mutual employment and training, cooperative R&D, evaluation and early warning", integrate multi-party resources, and coordinate the interests of the government, enterprises and institutions to achieve mutual benefit and resources, so as to build a long-term coexistence mechanism.
