摘要
2016年国务院提出"中国制造2025",这是在新的国际国内环境下,中国政府立足于国际产业变革大势,作出的全面提升中国制造业发展质量和水平的重大战略部署。其根本目标在于改变中国制造业"大而不强"的局面,通过10年的努力,使中国迈入制造强国行列。随着机械制造技术的迅猛发展,而数控加工技术是实现现代加工的基础,各职业院校紧扣市场需求,大力发展数控加工专业,为了缓解学生多、数控设备少的矛盾,很多职业院校利用仿真加工软件进行数控加工训练操作训练。本文结合自己多年的实践经验,浅谈仿真软件在数控教学中的应用方法和作用,并对当前运用仿真软件教学可能产生的负面影响及其应对措施作一些分析。
In 2016, the State Council proposed "Made in China 2025". This is a major strategic deployment made by the Chinese government based on the trend of international industrial transformation and comprehensively improving the quality and level of China's manufacturing industry in the new international and domestic environment. The fundamental goal is to change the situation of China's manufacturing industry that is "big but not strong". Through 10 years of hard work, China has entered the ranks of manufacturing powers with the rapid development of machinery manufacturing technology, and CNC machining technology has realized the foundation of modern processing. All vocational colleges closely follow the market demand and vigorously develop the CNC machining profession. In order to alleviate the contradiction between students and CNC equipment, many vocational colleges use simulation processing software to carry out CNC machining training operation training. Here, combined with the writer's own years of practical experience, the writer discusses the application methods and functions of simulation software in numerical control teaching, and makes some analysis on the possible negative effects and countermeasures of current simulation software teaching.
