六盘水市肢残群体鞋类特殊需求现状及措施

Current Situation and Measures of Footwear Special Needs of Disabled Population in Liupanshui

本文经调查走访了解肢残群体的特殊性需求,总结出肢残群体对鞋类服饰的特殊功能性需求。与其他类残疾相比肢体残疾较为特殊,一是肢残人士的身体残缺更为直观;二是个人的自由活动基于双脚;三是与常人相比肢残人士不具备完整或协调的形体。这使得肢残人士对色彩、款式、结构和功能有着特殊性的需求。本文从肢残群体的特殊性鞋类服饰进行问题的论述和提出相应的对策。以期达到市场对功能性鞋类服饰开发设计,开拓特殊性市场,打造功能性鞋类服饰,进而提高肢残群体社会地位、增加社会资源、减少财政负担。

Through investigation and interviews, this paper understands the special needs of the disabled groups, and summarizes the special functional needs of the disabled groups for footwear. Compared with other types of disability, physical disability is more special. The first is that the physical disability of the disabled is more intuitive;the second is that the individual's free movement is based on both feet;and the third is that the disabled do not have a complete or coordinated body shape compared with the normal person. This makes the disabled people have special needs for color, style, structure and function. This article discusses the problems of the footwear accessories from the particularity of the disabled group and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to achieve the market for functional footwear development and design, open up special markets, create functional footwear, thereby improving the social status of the disabled, increasing social resources, reducing financial burden.
