乳腺癌分子分型与人格特征的关系

Research of correlation between molecular subtypes of breast cancer and personality traits

目的探讨乳腺癌的分子分型与人格特征的关系。方法选择124例女性乳腺癌患者设为研究组,同期健康体检的100例女性设为对照组。采用中国大五人格问卷简版(CBF-PI-B)对两组人格特征进行调查分析;采用免疫组织化学方法(IHC)确定研究组乳腺癌患者的分子分型;分析不同分子分型乳腺癌患者及正常人群的人格特征。结果 124例乳腺癌患者IHC结果显示,Luminal A型40例,Luminal B型38例,人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)过表达型24例,三阴性22例。各乳腺癌分子分型患者CBF-PI-B中神经质、宜人性方面评分均高于对照组,开放性方面评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),但乳腺癌各分子分型间评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论乳腺癌分子分型与人格特征具有一定的关系,改变性格有可能降低乳腺癌的发病率。

Objective To investigate the correlation between molecular subtypes of breast cancer and personality traits. Method A total of 124 female breast cancer patients were enrolled in this study as study group, and another 100 cases of healthy examined adults were included as control group. The Chinese big five personality inventory brief version (CBF-PI-B) was used to investigate the personality traits of the two groups of subjects;and the immunohistochemistry (IHC) was used to determine the molecular subtypes of breast cancer;the personality traits between different molecular subtypes was analyzed. Result The IHC results of 124 breast cancer patients showed that 40 cases were Luminal type A, 38 cases were Luminal type B, 24 cases were with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) overexpression, and there were 22 cases of triple- negative type;the score of neuroticism and agreeableness measured by CBF-PI-B in each breast cancer subtype were higher than those in control group, while the scores of openness was significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference among the scores of subtypes in breast cancer (P>0.05). Conclusion There is a certain correlation between molecular subtypes of breast cancer and personality traits, it is possible that changing personality may reduce the incidence of breast cancer.
