摘要
目的:探讨年龄、性别对健康成年人左心室各节段心肌T_2~*值的影响。方法:选取健康成年人共35例,其中男20例,女15例,并分为青年组(≤44岁,n=10),中年组(45~59岁,n=15)和老年组(≥60岁,n=10),采用3.0T MR仪进行扫描,采用8回波T_2~*WI成像序列进行心脏扫描,随后将扫描序列导入到后处理软件中分别测量其左心室16节段的T_2~*值,采用Mann-Whitney U检验及Kruskal-Wallis H检验,比较男女以及各年龄组之间的差异。结果:男性左心室基底前间壁段(2段)及左心室基底下间壁段(3段)T_2~*值低于女性,差异具有统计学意义(Z=-4.141,P=0.000;Z=-3.137,P=0.002);左心室前壁(1段)、左心室中间下间隔段(9段)、及左心室心尖外侧段(16段)T_2~*值中,健康中年人>健康老年人>健康青年人,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=11.167,P=0.04;χ~2=6.842,P=0.033;χ~2=13.274,P=0.001);左心室心尖下段(15段)T_2~*值中,健康老年人>健康中年人>健康青年人T_2~*值,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.578,P=0.001);其余节段心肌在不同性别以及各年龄组上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:男性和女性健康成年人左心室基底前间壁段(2段)及下间段(3段)T_2~*值存在差异。不同年龄段成年人左心室前壁(1段)、左心室中间下间隔段(9段)、左心室心尖下段(15段)及左心室心尖外侧段(16段)T_2~*值存在差异;其余各心肌节段T_2~*值在不同性别以及各年龄组间无显著差异。
Objective:The aim of this study was to research the effects of different age and gender groups on the T2^* value of left ventricular segments in healthy adults. Methods:A total of 35 healthy adults were enrolled in the study,including 20 males and 15 females,which were divided into young group (≤44,n=10),middle-aged group (45~59,n=15) and the elderly group (over 60 years old,n=10).The T2^* values of the 16 segments of the left ventricle were measured by 3.0T MRI 8 echoes T2^*WI sequence.The differences between different gender and age groups were compared by using Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test. Results:The T2^* value of the left ventricular basal anteroseptal (2 segments) and basal inferoseptal (3 segments ) of the male group is lower than that of the female group,the difference was statistically significant ( Z =-4.141, P =0.000;Z =-3.137, P =0.002);The T2^* value of the left ventricular basal anterior (1 segments),mid inferoseptal (9 segments) apical lateral (16 segments) of normal middle-aged people was higher than that of normal elderly group and the normal young group (χ^2=11.167, P =0.04;χ^2=6.842, P =0.033;χ^2=13.274, P =0.001).The T2^* value of the left ventricular apical inferior (15 segments) of normal elderly people was higher than that of normal middle-aged,and higher than that of the normal young;the differences were both statistically significant (χ^2=12.578, P =0.001). Conclusions:There was a gender difference in T2^* values of the normal left ventricular basal anteroseptal (2 segments) and basal inferoseptal (3 segments).There were age differences in T2^* values of the normal left ventricular basal anterior (1 segments),mid inferoseptal (9 segments),apical inferior (15 segments) and apical lateral (16 segments) in this study.The rest of the myocardial segments T2^* value had no significant difference in gender and age.
