摘要
空调导风板进行了反变形分析和模具设计。在反变形分析时,考虑了实际装配约束,优化了工艺参数,通过选择合理的比例因子输出了符合设计要求的反变形模型,而且在不考虑收缩的情况下,设计出了合格的模具。
Taking air conditioning wind deflector as an example,the reverse deformation analysis and mold design were carried out.In the reverse deformation analysis,the actual assembly constraints was considered,the process parameters were optimized.The reverse deformation model is output to meet the design requirements by choosing a reasonable scale factor.Finally the qualifed mold was designed without considering shrinkage.
