摘要
技能型人才的培养在制造强国战略中发挥着重要的作用。研究首先对技能型人才的内涵进行了归纳和总结,然后从高技能人才培育、新生代农民工的技能培训、国外的技能型人才培养等方面,对涉及的相关文献进行了整理与分析。未来的研究需将国外的经验与中国的国情相结合,运用多样化的研究方法,进行技能型人才的整合研究。
It is important for manufacturing power strategy implementation to cultivate skilled talents. This paper firstly reviews the connotations of skilled talents. Then, it analyzes relative literatures from the perspectives such as highly skilled talents training, migrant worker training of new generation and skilled talents training in foreign countries. The directions of future research include combining foreign experiences with Chinese circumstances, diversified research methods application and integration research of skilled talents.
