摘要
对夹具设计方案的分析任务和分析方法进行了研究。分析了夹具在方案设计过程中可能出现的定位、夹紧、对刀导向、安装调试、夹具精度、工艺性等问题。结合具体案例进行具体的分析,并提出了优化的方案。通过对夹具方案设计的分析,能使夹具在方案设计过程趋于合理化,有效的缩短夹具的设计、制造周期。
The thesis studies the analysis task and analysis method of fixture design. The problems of positioning, clamping, tool guiding, installation and debugging, fixture precision and manufacturability are analyzed in the process of fixture design, combined with specific cases for specific analysis and proposed the optimization design scheme. Through the analysis of the fixture scheme, the fixture design is more reasonable, and can effectively shorten the fixture design and manufacturing cycle.
