Language culture exchange refers to the language culture as the main content of information and knowledge interchange as well as intercommunication.From the perspective of language culture exchange,this paper expounds that improving the cultural soft strength of nation in the new era needs to attach importance to language culture exchanges,analyzes the new situation of language culture exchange in the new era,and puts forward the basis,methods and tactics of language culture exchange to help the national cultural soft strength of the new era.
