摘要
随着建造技术的进步以及环保、生产效率等的要求,装配式建筑将会成为越来越重要的一种建筑形式。模块建筑作为装配式建筑的一种,大部分部件的生产安装工作都在工厂完成,现场只需完成吊装和少量拼装工作,从而大大提升施工速度,缩短建设周期。而且建成后的建筑可以快速拆装到另外一个场地继续使用,提升建筑全生命周期的使用率和材料回收率。文章结合2018全国高校学生钢结构创新竞赛作品,总结一些模块钢结构建筑的思考,对其优缺点及设计建造过程中的一些局限与需要突破的地方进行总结。
With the advancement of construction technology and the requirements on environmental protection and production efficiency, fabricated buildings will become an increasingly important form of construction. The modular building is a kind of prefabricated building, the production and installation of most of its components are completed in the factory, only the lifting and a small amount of assembling work are completed on the site, which greatly improves the construction speed and shortens the construction period. Moreover, the completed building can be quickly disassembled and transported to another site for subsequent usage, improving the life cycle utilization rate and material recovery rate of the building. This article combines the works of 2018 National College Students Steel Structure Innovation Competition, sums up some thinking on modules steel structure construction and summarizes its advantages, disadvantages and some limitations and the features for breakthrough in the design and construction process.
