摘要
建筑技术的提升使城市中高层双子楼极为常见,双子楼建筑的相互作用在建筑之间形成了独特的风环境。为了分析双子楼布局方式对建筑风环境的影响,探索双子楼设计的基本原则,文章选用数值模拟方法,研究不同风向角和错位距离条件下两栋平行建筑之间的风环境,采用放大因子、无量纲空气流量、冠层平均速度和界面交换速度等指标对其进行评价,得出不同风向角和错位距离下双子楼风环境各个评价指标的变化情况,并基于评价结果和城市季风特征,给出了高层双子楼的设计布局建议。
The improvement of building technology makes the urban middle and high-rise twin buildings very common. The interaction of the twin buildings creates a unique wind environment between the buildings. In order to analyze the influence of the twin buildings layout on the wind environment of the buildings, and explore the basic principles of twin buildings design, this article uses the numerical simulation method to study the wind environment between two parallel buildings under different wind direction angles and misalignment distances, which are evaluated using the amplification factor, dimensionless air flow, canopy average speed, interface exchange speed and other indexes, the changes of various evaluation indexes of the twin building's wind environment under different wind direction angles and misalignment distances are obtained. Based on the evaluation results and urban monsoon characteristics, the design layout proposal for the high-rise twin buildings was put forward.
