Work Mode Selection and Problem Handling of Housing Safety Survey——Taking the appraisal of rural houses in Cixi City as an example

文章以慈溪市农房排查建档鉴定工作为例,在综合考虑经济性、排查结果的可靠性、地方房屋安全管理队伍的完善性、地区危房特点等多方面因素基础上,对工作模式的选择、实施过程中的问题处理和实施效果评价等方面进行有益的探索,对其他地区开展房屋结构安全普查工作具有参考价值。

Taking the appraisal of rural houses in Cixi as an example;based on the comprehensive factors including economy, the reliability of investigation results, the perfection of local housing safety management team, and the characteristics of dangerous buildings in the region, this article made some useful explorations on the work model selection, the problem handling in the implementation process and the evaluation of implementation effects, and have a reference value for conducting housing construction safety surveys in other regions.
