河南省文化产业竞争力研究——基于全国和中部地区视角下2015年横截面数据的实证分析

摘要 随着我国经济不断发展,人民生活水平不断提高,人们对文化产品的需求日益提升。中共十九大以来,国家更加重视文化产业的发展。基于2016年《中国文化及相关产业统计年鉴》31个省份文化产业竞争力相关数据,通过构建文化产业竞争力评价指标,采用主成分分析进行实证分析,弥补了近年来关于河南省文化产业竞争力实证研究的不足。研究发现:从全国视角看,河南省综合排名处于中上水平,各因子排名除需求因子外也处于中上水平。从中部地区视角看,河南省综合排名及规模因子、外部因子排名为中部地区第一,但其他因子排名处于中部地区平均水平。研究认为:河南省文化产业竞争力提升要大力发展经济,提升人民的文化、娱乐消费需求;加大培养高素质人才力度,提升文化产业竞争力的创新能力;河南省政府应进一步加大对文化产业的监管力度,加强同其他文化产业发达的省份的交流。 With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the demand for cultural industry has been increasing. Since the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress,the state has paid more attention to the development of cultural industry. Based on the data of the cultural industry competitiveness of the 31 provinces of [Chinese culture and related industry statistical yearbook] in 2016,this paper makes an empirical analysis by means of factor analysis to make up for the deficiency of the empirical research on the competitive power of cultural industry in Henan Province in recent years. The study finds that: from a national perspective,the overall ranking of Henan is in the upper middle level,and the ranking of all factors is above the middle level except demand factors. From the perspective of the central region,Henan province's comprehensive ranking and scale factors and external factors rank the first in the central region,but other factors are in the average level in the central region. The study holds that the promotion of the competitiveness of the cultural industry in Henan should vigorously develop the economy,improve the people's cultural and recreational consumption demand,increase the training of high-quality talents and enhance the innovative ability of the competitiveness of the cultural industry. The government of Henan province should further increase the supervision of the cultural industry,and strengthen the development of the cultural industry with other cultural industries. The exchange of provinces.
