4种酚类物质对蚕豆根尖细胞的遗传毒性研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过蚕豆根尖微核实验来研究废水中4种常见酚类物质苯酚、对苯二酚、对甲酚、2,4-二硝基酚的遗传毒性,进一步研究在不同浓度酚类诱导下,细胞微核率与脂质过氧化作用之间的关系。实验结果表明,在4种酚诱导作用下,蚕豆根尖细胞的有丝分裂指数明显下降,细胞微核率呈现先增大后降低的趋势,苯酚和对甲酚质量浓度为20mg/L时,最大微核率分别为23.14‰和19.26‰,对苯二酚和2,4-二硝基酚质量浓度为50 mg/L时,最大微核率分别为28.75‰和20.14‰。在不同浓度的酚类物质诱导下,细胞微核率的变化和脂质过氧化作用呈明显的正相关关系。 The genetic toxicity of phenol,hydroquinone,para-cresol and 2,4-dinitrophenol in wastewater were studied by the vicia faba root tip micronucleus experiment,and the relationship between cell micronucleus rate and lipid peroxides was further studied under the induction of different concentrations phenols.The experimental results showed that the mitosis index of vicia faba root tip cells decreased significantly under the induction of four phenols,and the cell micronucleus rate increased first and then decreased.When the concentration of phenol and p-cresol were 20 mg/l,the maximum micronucleus rate were 23.14‰and 19.26‰,and when the concentration of hydroquinone and 2,4-dinitrophenol were 50 mg/l,the maximum micronucleus rate were 28.75‰and 20.14‰,respectively.The changes of cell micronucleus rate and lipid peroxidation were positively correlated with the phenol concentration.
