摘要
以某工程为例,采用不同的计算方法对城镇污水处理厂污泥干化焚烧的碳排放进行核算。其中,温室气体核算边界主要包括干化环节、焚烧环节以及烟气处理环节,温室气体核算类型主要包括生物源类CO_2、能量源类CO_2以及替代类CO_2。采用模型估算法,污泥焚烧工艺中CO_2的排放当量为每t干污泥1 456.6~1 709.9 kg CO_2,利用运行数据估算法计算此污泥处理工程的CO_2排放当量为每t干污泥3 046.6 kg CO_2,通过物料特性影响以及运行系统影响两方面分析了分析两种评估方法存在的差异。最后从工艺、能量来源、系统效率等方面提出减少干化焚烧工艺碳排放的优化策略。
Taking a certain project as an example,different calculation methods are used to calculate the carbon emission of sludge drying incineration in urban sewage treatment plant.Accounting boundary of greenhouse gases mainly includes drying,incineration and flue gas treatment.Accounting types of greenhouse gases mainly include biogenic CO2,energy CO2 and alternative CO2.The equivalent of CO2 emission from sludge incineration process is 1 456.6~1 709.9 kg CO2 Per t DS by model estimation method,and the equivalent of CO2 emission from sludge treatment project is 3 046.6 kg CO2 Per t DS by operational data estimation method.The differences between the two evaluation methods are analyzed through the influence of material characteristics and operation system.Finally,from the process,energy sources,system efficiency and other aspects of the dry incineration process to reduce carbon emissions optimization strategy.
