摘要
长期以来,因抗生素和重金属药物的过度使用,致使微生物产生耐药性,耐药细菌的蔓延已成为全人类的重大公共卫生安全议题。人们对微生物的抗生素抗性、重金属抗性进行了大量研究。综述了目前微生物抗生素抗性、重金属抗性以及抗生素与重金属协同抗性方面的研究进展,重点论述了微生物重金属抗性的分子机制。结合课题组相关研究进展对未来研究进行了展望,以期为现有抗性微生物所致危害的减轻和未来抗性相关研究的深入提供参考。
Due to overuse of antibiotics and heavy metal drugs for a long time,antimicrobial resistance(AMR)occurred.AMR has become a very major public health and safety issue all over the world.Based on previous researches about antibiotic resistance and metal resistance,in this paper,the progress in antibiotic resistance,heavy metal resistance and co-selection resistance were reviewed.Molecular mechanisms of metal resistance were summarized.Combined with our research,some suggestions were provided,hopefully aiding to reduce AMR risks and accelerating futural researches.
