山西产业科技创新成果转化机制与提升路径研究

Study on the Path and Transformation Mechanism of Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievement in Shanxi

加快科技创新成果转化是山西实施国家技术创新工程和创建国家技术成果转移转化示范区重要任务。然而,目前山西科技创新成果转化还存在思想意识不够强、推动机制不健全、供需错位和政府作用弱化等障碍因素。针对这一障碍,结合科技创新成果转化的不同阶段,构建了相应的机制,并提出了搭建各类平台体系,打通成果转化通道;多路并举,提高企业实施成果转化的热情;改革成果评价体系,增强高校成果转化的积极性;以大学科技园为载体,加强高校与企业的协同及加强成果转化风险投资市场,吸引各类资本参与等提升路径。

Accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements is an important task for Shanxi to implement the national technological innovation project and create a national demonstration zone for the transfer of technological achievements.However,at present,the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements still has many obstacles such as insufficient ideology,imperfection promotion mechanism,mismatch of supply and demand,and weakening of government’s role in Shanxi.Combining with the different stages of the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements,many suggestions are provided,such as constructing the corresponding mechanism,setting up various platform systems to open up the channels for the transformation of results and combining multiple avenues to improve the enthusiasm for the transformation of enterprise implementation results,reforming evaluation system to enhance the enthusiasm of university transformation,strengthening the collaboration between universities and enterprises and with the university science park as a carrier,and strengthening venture capital market to attract various capital participation and other paths.
