汽车制造领域人机工程体系的创新开发及应用 被引量:1

摘要 汽车制造企业工人工效负荷是影响工人身体健康状况和员工企业忠诚度的重要指标,为提升汽车制造领域人性化操作水平,本研究以汽车整车厂操作为研究主体,创新开发了一整套汽车整车制造领域人机工程体系。通过建立覆盖新车型研发和量产全生命周期的汽车人机工程流程体系,制定了整车新项目、新工厂和运行原有工厂等多维度的人机工作方法,基于大数据平台搭建了汽车制造的人机工程数据库。通过主动人机工程,完成新汽车项目开发全过程的人机评估和优化改进,实现了所有操作的人性化设计;通过被动人机工程,进一步优化汽车量产后的现场人机状态,提升现场员工的人机安全感和满意度。创新开发的汽车制造领域人机工程体系,在产品设计源头消除了人机问题隐患,最大限度改善了现场员工的人机环境,在汽车制造领域实现了"以人为本,安全生产"的理念,为汽车整车开发流程改善提供了重要基石。 Ergonomic workload is an important metric influencing the health status and enterprise loyalty of the workers in automotive manufacturing sectors.In order to improve the level of humanized operation in automobile manufacturing,this paper innovatively developed an ergonomics system,which takes the manual operation of the automobile plant as the main content.The paper established the total ergonomic system,covering the whole life cycle of new vehicle R&D and routine production,and formulated the multi-dimensional ergonomics working methods of new vehicle projects,new plants and plants operation.The ergonomics database was built based on the data warehouse platform.Based on proactive ergonomics,complete ergonomics evaluation and optimization of new project was development,and humanized design of all production operations were realized.Based on reactive ergonomics,optimation of the ergonomic status after production was achieved,and these measures effectively improved ergonomics satisfaction of the operators.The innovative development and application of ergonomics system in automobile manufacturing realized eliminating the potentially ergonomic issues from the source of product design,improving the ergonomic environment of the workers,and realizing the concept of“people-orientation,safe production”from ergonomic prospective.
