铝蜂窝板材的涂胶贴面装置及应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍一种通过PLC控制系统,可对铝蜂窝的板材进行单面或双面的涂胶装置。同时将其应用于高铁的卫生间上,通过其在实际中的应用可以得知:使用该装置对相应的铝蜂窝板材进行自动感应涂胶,使产品的质量提高,同时提高了生产效率,有效降低了铝蜂窝板的生产成本,并取得了一定的经济收益。 This paper introduces a kind of gluing device for aluminum honeycomb sheet by PLC control system.At the same time,it is used in the toilet of high-speed railway.Through its application,it can be known that the device can automatically induce the coating of the corresponding aluminum honeycomb plate,improve and stabilize the coating quality of aluminum plate,improve the production eff iciency,effectively reduce the production cost of aluminum honeycomb plate,and achieve certain economic benef its.
