松龄血脉康胶囊治疗高脂血症的Meta分析

Songling Xuemaikang Capsule in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia: a Meta-analysis

目的系统评价松龄血脉康胶囊治疗高脂血症的有效性和安全性,为松龄血脉康胶囊治疗高脂血症提供循证医学证据。方法通过检索PubMed、EmBase及Cochrane Library外文数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)进行文献筛选。采用RevMan5.2软件进行Meta分析,采用Stata12.0进行敏感性分析和发表偏倚分析,采用GRADEpro 3.6软件进行证据分级。结果共纳入符合要求的中文文献10篇。结果表明:松龄血脉康胶囊联合常规治疗方案的总有效率[相对危险度(RR)=1.20,95%置信区间(95%CI)1.09～1.32,P=0.000 3]、血清总胆固醇(TC)[标准均方差(SMD)=-0.76,95%CI(-1.13,-0.40),P<0.000 1]、三酰甘油(TG)[SMD=-0.52,95%CI(-0.76,-0.27),P<0.000 1]、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)[SMD=0.26,95%CI(0.14,0.38),P<0.000 1]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)[SMD=-0.49,95%CI(-0.97,-0.01),P=0.04]改善有统计学意义。Egger分析结果提示不存在发表偏倚。GRADE证据质量分级显示:总有效率、TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C为低级级别。结论松龄血脉康胶囊治疗高脂血症有效。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of Songling Xuemaikang capsule in treating hyperlipidemia and provide evidence-based evidence for it in treating hyperlipidemia.Methods The literatures were retrieved from the Cochrane library,PubMed,EmBase,CNKI,CBM,VIP,and Wanfang database for randomized controlled trials(RCTs).The inclusion and exclusion standards were followed in screening literatures.The study results of the included literatures were analyzed by RevMan 5.2.Sensitivity and publication bias were analyzed by Stata12.0.Classification of evidence was conducted using GRADEpro 3.6.Results Ten literatures were included.All literature included was in Chinese.Compared with conventional therapy,Songling Xuemaikang capsule could improve effective rate[relative risk(RR)=1.20,95%confidence interval(95%CI)1.09~1.32,P=0.000 3],TC[standardized mean difference(SMD)=-0.76,95%CI(-1.13,-0.40),P<0.000 1],TG[SMD=-0.52,95%CI(-0.76,-0.27),P<0.000 1],HDL-C[SMD=0.26,95%CI(0.14,0.38),P<0.000 1],and LDL-C[SMD=-0.49,95%CI(-0.97,-0.01),P=0.04].Egger analysis showed that there was no evidence of publication bias.Outcomes above including effective rate,TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C were rated as low quality according to GRADE.Conclusion Songling Xuemaikang capsule could improve therapeutic effect of hyperlipidemia,TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C.
