PDCA护理管理在消化内科PICC置管中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of PDCA Nursing Management in the PICC Catheterization in the Digestive System Department

目的观察PDCA护理管理在消化内科PICC置管中的应用价值。方法以2016年4月—2017年9月间赴医院行PICC置管消化内科患者80例为研究对象,以患者病历建立时间先后顺序作为分组依据,分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用PDCA护理管理,比较两组患者并发症情况以及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的并发症发生率较低,护理满意度较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行PICC置管消化内科患者实施PDCA护理管理不仅可以有效降低并发症发生率,同时也可以提高患者的护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the application value of PDCA nursing management in the PICC catheterization in the digestive system department.Methods 80 cases of patients with PICC catheterization in the digestive system department admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing management,while the observation group used the PDCA nursing management,and the complications and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfactory degree was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA nursing management in the PICC catheterization in the digestive system department can not only effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications but also can improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients,and it is of higher clinical application value.
