优质护理管理模式在内科护理管理中的应用

Application of Excellent Nursing Management Model in the Nursing Management in the Department of Internal Medicine

目的分析内科护理管理中实施优质护理管理模式的临床效果。方法以2016年1月—2018年3月该院58例内科护理人员为例,随机分为实验组(29例,实施优质护理管理模式)和对照组(29例,实施常规护理管理模式),对比两组对护理认知度以及护理质量。结果实验组对优质护理管理环境、管理态度、管理知识、管理行为的认知度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理文书、基础护理、病房管理、危重患者护理等工作质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理管理模式用于内科护理管理可提高护理人员护理认知度及工作质量,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of excellent nursing management model in the nursing management in the department of internal medicine.Methods 58 cases of nursing staff in the department of internal medicine in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases in each,the experimental group used the excellent nursing management model,while the control group used the routine nursing management model,and the nursing cognitive degree and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent nursing management environment,management attitude,management knowledge,management behavior cognitive degree in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing papers,basic nursing,ward management and nursing of critically ill patients were higher than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of excellent nursing management model in the nursing management in the department of internal medicine can improve the nursing cognitive degree of nursing staff and work quality,and it is worth wide promotion and application.
