摘要
骨科患者多由于车祸等意外事故出现疾病,患者易出现心理问题等诸多方面的问题,故在临床护理的过程中需要得到护理人员的高度重视。该文首先对人性化护理服务的概念予以阐述,其后针对人性化护理在骨科护理管理中的应用予以分析。
The orthopedic patients have disease and mental issues due to car accidents,therefore,the nursing staff should pay more attention to them.Based on this,the paper firstly elaborates the concept of humanistic nursing services,and then analyzes the application of targeted humanistic nursing in the nursing management in the department of orthopedics.
