优质护理服务在急诊护理中的实施效果观察

Observation on Implementation Effect of Excellent Nursing Services in the Emergency Nursing

目的观察优质护理服务在急诊护理中的实施效果。方法选取该院2015年7月—2018年7月收治的326例急诊患者,将其随机分为两组,各163例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用优质护理服务,将参与研究的46名护士共随机分入两组,各23名,对比实施效果。结果观察组急诊流程规范性、应急处理能力和急诊用品完善性评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理纠纷发生率(0.61%)明显低于对照组(4.91%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护理中实施优质护理服务可有效降低护理纠纷率,提高护理质量。

Objective To observe the implementation effect of excellent nursing services in the emergency nursing.Methods 326 cases of emergency patients admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 163 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing,while the observation group used the excellent nursing services on the basis of the control group,and 46 cases of nurses were randomly divided into two groups with 23 cases in each,and the implementation effect was compared between the two groups.Results The standardization of emergency processes,emergency handling ability and perfection score of emergency articles in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of nursing disputes in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(0.61%vs 4.91%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of excellent nursing services in the emergency nursing can effectively reduce the nursing disputes and improve the nursing quality.
