护理风险管理在某院普外科病房中实施效果观察

Observation on Implementation Effect of Nursing Risk Management in the Ward in the Department of General Surgery in our Hospital

目的探讨护理风险管理在普外科病房中应用效果。方法 2016年1—12月该院普外科180例患者进行常规护理(对照组), 2017年1—12月进行护理风险普外科患者190例(观察组),对照组采取常规的护理,观察组临床护理则应用护理风险管理的方式:成立风险管理小组、强化日常护理管理,落实各项操作流程及制度、转化观念和强化安全意识、提高专业技能、加强护患沟通构建、科学排班、增强环境管理。结果风险管理组护士考试成绩(95.22±2.01)分、护理满意度评分(97.33±1.23)分高于常规护理组(97.48±5.33)分、(91.09±4.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理不良事件1.05%低于常规护理组5.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对普外科护理中出现的各种不安全因素采取相应、有效的干预对策加以解决,可避免护理失误、减少护患纠纷的发生。

Objective To study the application effect of nursing risk management in the ward in the department of general surgery.Methods 180 cases of patients in the department of general surgery in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group,while 190 cases of patients for nursing risk in the department of general surgery from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group,and the control group used the routine nursing,while the observation group used the nursing risk management,including establishing the risk management group,intensifying the daily nursing management,implementing various operation courses and systems,change the concept and intensifying the safety awareness,improving the professional skill,enhancing the medical communication construction,scientifically arranging the shift,and enhancing the environment management.Results The examination score of nurses and nursing satisfactory degree score in the risk management group were higher than those in the routine nursing group(95.22±2.01)poines,(97.33±1.23)poines vs(97.48±5.33)poines,(91.09±4.23)poines,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of adverse events was lower than that in the routine nursing group(1.05%vs 5.56%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The corresponding and effective intervention strategies of various unsafe factors in the nursing in the department of general surgery can avoid nursing errors and nurse-patient disputes.
