摘要
目的分析人性化护理管理在体检中心的应用。方法选取该中心2015年3月—2016年5月临床护理管理为对照组,于2016年6月—2017年12月进行人性化护理管理为观察组。分析各种护理方式下管理效果和患者满意度。结果观察组患者纠纷事件、投诉有显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理方式满意度有显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体检中心采用人性化护理管理,可提升护理质量改善护患关系可进行临床推广。
Objective To analyze the application of humanistic nursing management in the physical examination center.Methods The control group used the clinical nursing management in our center from March 2015 to May 2016,while the observation group used the humanistic nursing management from June 2016 to December 2017,and the management effect and satisfactory degree of various nursing ways were analyzed.Results The dispute events and complaints in the observation group obviously decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the satisfactory degree of patients in the observation group to the nursing way obviously increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The physical examination center used the humanistic nursing management,which can improve the nursing quality and improve the medical relationship,and it can be promoted in clinic.
