随着电子信息技术的快速发展和医疗改革的不断深入,加之不断严峻的医患关系,患者的病历档案管理也越来越严格。患者的病历档案逐渐从纸质病历的管理发展向全面的电子数字化病历管理。该文就该院电子病历档案管理的发展现状进行思考和分析,为进一步促进该院电子病历档案管理优化调整和管理水平的稳步提升提供一定参考。

With the rapid development of electronic information technology and the deepening of medical reform,coupled with the increasingly severe doctor-patient relationship,the management of patients'medical records is becoming more and more strict.the patient's medical records have gradually developed from the management of paper-based medical records to comprehensive electronic digital medical records management.In this paper,the current situation of electronic medical records management in our hospital is considered and analyzed,which provides some reference for further promoting the optimization and adjustment of electronic medical records management in our hospital.
