摘要
目的探究干部病房护士工作倦怠的现状。方法选取2017年2月—2018年4月期间该院干部病房护士83名(观察组)和普通病房护士83名(对照组)作为该次研究受试者。对两组进行职业倦怠评分(MBI-GS)并分析工作压力因素。结果观察组情感衰竭分值较高、工作成就感分值较低(P<0.05),两组在工作态度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在工作压力因素调查中显示:担心操作技能成功率、沟通患者满意度是观察组护士工作压力较大的因素,与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干部病房护士迫于担心操作技能成功以及患者沟通满意度是产生工作倦怠的主要因素。
Objective To study the status of job burnout of nurses in the cadre ward.Methods 83 nurses in the cadre ward in our hospital and 83 nurses in the common ward in our hospital from February 2017 April 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the two groups were for MBI-GS marking and the working pressure factors were analyzed.Results The emotional failure score in the observation group was higher,and the working achievement value in the observation group was lower(P<0.05),and the difference in the working attitude between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05),and that survey showed that the success rate of operation skill and satisfactory degree of communication patients were the factors of heavy working pressure of nurses and the differences between groups were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurses in the cadre ward worried about the success of operation skill and satisfactory degree of communication patients are the major factors of job burnout.
