摘要
传统的高校教师业绩考核是人事部门人工考核的,存在效率低下,成本高的缺陷。采用SSM框架开发高校教师业绩考核系统,教师可以通过系统登记工作业绩,人事部门在线审核业绩资料,组织专家对业绩进行评审,最后得出公正的考核结果。
The traditional performance appraisal of university teachers is a manual appraisal by personnel department,which has the defects of low efficiency and high cost.Using the SSM framework to develop the performance appraisal system of college teachers,the teachers can register the performance through the system,the personnel department audit the performance data online,organize the experts to review the performance,and finally get the fair results.
