摘要
针对新工科背景下地方性高校应用型软件人才培养与国家战略、行业企业需求矛盾的问题,建设基于LPS智慧云学习平台,实现学习进度及效果全过程监控,通过数据化、可视化的学习过程,使学生学习更加方便与高效。通过打造校企混合式课程,同步实施产教融合、工学结合的人才培养模式,打造行业、企业、高校、政府等多方协同发展、共享互惠的人才培养生态圈。
In view of the contradiction between the training of applied software talents in local universities and the national strategy and the needs of industrial enterprises in the context of new engineering,the LPS Smart Cloud Learning Platform is established to realize the monitoring of the progress and effect of the whole process,by means of a data-based and visualized learning process,it makes learning more convenient and efficient for students.Tthrough the establishment of a mixed school-enterprise curriculum,and the simultaneous implementation of the integration of production and education,work-study cooperation model of school-enterprise personnel training,to create industries,companies,universities,governments and other multi-cooperative development,mutual benefit of personnel training ecosphere.
