基坑开挖和减压降水引起周边民宅沉降的控制措施 被引量:3

摘要 使用悬挂式止水帷幕的基坑进行减压降水会使周边地层产生固结沉降,从而加剧因基坑开挖引起的本已较为严重的建筑物沉降。因此,对于此类基坑周边采用天然地基的老旧建筑物的保护需多种措施联合使用。结合基坑工程实例,采用加强围护结构设计、对承压含水层进行地下水回灌以及采用信息化施工等多种手段,收到了良好的效果,可供类似工程借鉴。 Dewatering artesian water to excavations with pensile curtains often cause consolidated settlement of surrounding soil layers and exacerbate the problem caused during excavating.Therefore,for protecting the old building with shallow rafts nearby the excavation,variable methods should be utilized simultaneously.A case study has been done in this paper on protecting old building with many techniques including strengthening the retaining structures,recharging water to specific soil layer and excavating using information.The old building is well protected and so the experiences from this case could be used as reference.
