苏宁物流项目地基处理中地基土变形特性分析

摘要 根据工程实际施工情况及监测数据分析真空度、排水板插板深度、孔隙水压力、位移等在预压过程中地基土变形特征及对周边环境的影响,对于瓯江口新近吹填的软粘土其水平影响范围约50 m,地基土的固结和沉降发生在抽真空早期和插打排水板期间,其竖向水平影响范围在20 m以内。 According to the actual construction situation and monitoring data of the project,this paper analyzes the deformation characteristics of foundation soil and its influence on the surrounding environment in the process of preloading,such as vacuum degree,depth of drainage plate,pore water pressure,displacement and so on.The horizontal influence range of newly filled soft clay in Oujiang Estuary is about 50 m.The consolidation and settlement of foundation soil occur in the early stage of vacuum and during the insertion of drainage plate,and the vertical horizontal influence range is less than 20 m.
