摘要
介绍了大倾角塔柱施工过程中的特点,采用液压爬模系统加主动支撑被动撑结合的方式,使塔柱施工过程处于安全状态。利用有限元软件MIDAS对上地斜拉桥桥塔建立了平面分析模型,计算不同工况下塔柱各部分应力,从而确定主动撑具体位置、施顶力;通过局部验算确定主动撑具体尺寸,保证塔柱施工的安全。
Introduced the characteristics of the big dip pylon’s construction process,apply climbing formwork system and active strut passive strut combined mode to save the pylon construction process.In this paper,apply the finite element software MIDAS to establish the flat model to analyze the pylon of cable-stayed bridge,calculated under different conditions pylon stress to determine the location and prestressed force on the active strut,by partial checking to determine the specific size of active strut in order to ensure the safety of the construction of the tower column.
