摘要
针对于大吨位预应力连续梁整体顶推施工过程中水平连接采用刚性结构进行连接,再结合跨蓝烟铁路特大桥5×20 m预应力混凝土连续梁整体顶推施工特点,介绍了水平连接中采用软连接来消除顶推过程中对墩身产生的不利工况,通过该工程的成功实施,为顶推施工中水平连接采用简单、快速安装拆卸的软连接的临时设施施工提供一种可行的施工方法和思路。
According to the joint with the rigid structure for the horizontal connection in the overall pushing of large-tonnage prestressed continuous beam,the paper combines the overall pushing construction features of 5×20 m prestressed concrete continuous beam along Lancun-Yantai Station,introduces the adoption of the soft connection can be adopted to eliminate its unfavorable construction in the horizontal connection,and points out the feasible construction methods and ideas for the temporary construction of the soft connection featured with simple and fast installation in the horizontal connection in the pushing construction.
