Dy_2O_3复合增强HAP光催化性能研究

摘要 羟基磷灰石(HAP)是一种重要的生物矿物材料,近期发现其也具有光催化性能。采用均相沉淀法制备出羟基磷灰石,并将其与氧化镝(Dy_2O_3)复合,制备出催化性能增强的HAP-Dy_2O_3复合光催化剂。对复合光催化剂样品的微观结构、物化特性及催化性能等做了研究。测试结果表明复合光催化剂样品颗粒为约4μm的方形片状;当Dy_2O_3含量为1%时,复合光催化剂的催化效率最高;阻抗测试表明其原因是复合样品较其他样品具有更高的光生电子—空穴分离效率。 Hydroxyapatite (HAP) is an important biomineral material.In the past years,the focus was on the biomedical aspects,which was studied as an alternative to hard tissue in human’s body.Recent studies have shown that HAP also has certain photocatalytic properties under illumination conditions.In this paper,HAP was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method and combined with yttrium oxide (Dy2O3),to prepare HAP-Dy2O3 composite photocatalyst with enhanced catalytic performance.The microstructure and physicochemical properties of the composite samples were investigated by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM),Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM),X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and etc..The test results have shown that the composite sample particles are cuboidal and the size is about 4 μm,the optimal composite ratio of Dy2O3 in HAP is HAP+1% Dy2O3,the catalytic efficiency of the composite photocatalyst t o degrade methylene blue is higher than that of the uncomposited sample.
